This
beginning class teaches the students THREE
styles of massage, Swedish, LifeStream and Seated
Chair. Also taught Reflexology, Anatomy, Aromatherapy
and Business Practices. Hands-on classroom instruction with videos
provided to students makes for a very thorough training
Cost
is $1600 Visa, M/C accepted

Here
is the schedule for our Winter Advanced Classes. We are reminding
everyone that the State of California is now requiring either 250 or 500 hours
of training to become certified. So it’s a good time to up your hours by
taking an advanced class with us. Besides, it is fun to learn new stuff
and get massaged in class. Hope to see you soon!

Tui Na 1

Our
Tui Na classes can be taken in any order, but why not
start at the beginning!
In
this class you will learn all the basic hand techniques of Tui
Na. Also mobilizations for the hip and soft tissue release for the neck
will be taught.
Price
$250 If you are also enrolled in the Jan 17 Deep
Tissue class or Anatomy 7 the Hip, you will receive a $50 discount.
Deep Tissue Bodywork 60 credit hours

Class
is from 10am to 6 pm
The
class is $450 plus $40 for 2 DVD’s. You can make payments over the length
of the class if you want to.
If
you have 200 hours and you need to meet the 250 hours to get your State of California
certification in massage, this class will bring you up to 260 hours.
The
class is about half full, so if you want to join, let us know soon
Anatomy 6: The Shoulder 40 credit hours
In
this class you will learn the origins, insertions and functions of all the
major muscles of all 16 muscles that form the shoulder. Also you will
learn advanced massage techniques to release the shoulder area. This class is
designed to help you pass the National Certification Test and to give you tools
to deal with the types of shoulder problems you
are likely to encounter in your massage practice.
One
of the things you will do in this class, is make
muscles and attach them on a skeleton. You will also learn ice stroking
for injured muscles and you will get lots of hands on experience massaging the
shoulder area.
The
class is Sundays, March 14, 21,28, April 4th
10am to 6 pm
The
class is $300. If you take the January Deep Tissue or Tui
Na 1 class you will get a $50 discount on the Shoulder class, so it would be
$250.

Our
Tui Na classes can be taken in any order. In Tui Na 2 you will learn wonderful mobilizations for the
shoulder and legs. Tui Na is sports massasge in its highest form.
